Client Responsibilities

Payment Terms

ScaleWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Service Level Agreement

Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of contract, non-payment, or illegal activities.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
